This seminar provides information about breastfeeding basics, expressing and storing breast milk, and other skills for success! Partners are strongly encouraged to attend for support and to learn ways to assist in making your breastfeeding experience a positive one!

This class is taught by one of our childbirth educators, who may also be one of your nurses on the big day. Discuss all aspects of labor, including the delivery process, and learn about various comfort and relaxation techniques.
