This interactive online course covers the essentials of breastfeeding, including clear animation and plenty of video examples. It lets you know when to call for help and includes partner tips throughout. You will also have the opportunity to track feedings with an easy-to-use tracker! This course takes about 1.5 to 2 hours to complete. You will learn:

Newborn Care eClass

Understanding Birth eClass

Prepare for your big day with our new eClass. Designed for first-time parents, this online learning platform will prepare you and your birth partner for the physical and emotional challenges of late pregnancy, labor and birth, and postpartum. This course takes about 4 to 6 hours to complete.

· Get an overview of medical procedures
· Understand cesarean birth
· Prepare for your baby’s arrival

Childbirth Education Series December

The birth of your baby is an exciting time. Connect with other expecting couples and let us help you and your birth partner prepare for the excitement and nerves that come with it! This class is taught by one of our childbirth educators, who may also be one of your nurses on the big day. Discuss all aspects of labor, including the delivery process, and learn about various comfort and relaxation techniques.

This 3 week evening series is designed for first time parents. Newborn Care
with Kristen Evans
This fun class will explore newborn behavior, ways to recognize sleep and hunger cues, and give you hands-on practice with swaddling, bathing, diaper-changing and more! Get tips on how to nurture your baby’s development and build your confidence for settling in with your baby when you get home!
Please note that registration ends at 8am the day before the class starts or at 8am the Friday before a Monday class.

Whether you are a parent-to-be or planning for a future pregnancy, we look forward to meeting you.

Please submit only one registration per pair. One registration includes the expecting parent and one (1) support person.
At this time children, and siblings, are not allowed to attend the tour.
Yoga for Women's Health
with Brenda Jones , PT, M.Ed. certified in Yoga, Tai Chi and QiGong instuctor
Join us for a unique yoga program designed to meet the specific needs of women of all ages. Whether you are planning for or preparing for the birth of a child, recently post-partum, or exploring the changes that occur around perimenopause, this class can assist you in reducing stress, increasing strength and mobility, and maintaining vitality while in the company of other women. Health, vitality and community are important at any age to support a balanced lifestyle and sense of wellbeing. Each class ends with relaxation to help us rest and restore.
Your instructor for this class is Brenda.
At Southern New Hampshire Health, our childbirth educators are dedicated to supporting families through all stages of pregnancy, delivery, and parenting. One educator, Brenda Jones, PT, MEd, CYI, CRQTC, is an Orthopedic and Women’s Health/Pelvic Health Physical Therapist, as well as a Yoga, and Qigong instructor for over 25 years. Brenda’s passion for prevention, wellness, and self-care led her to blend these practices to help her patients, clients, and students maximize their overall health and wellness. Her experience working in the field of Pelvic Health and Women’s Health for over 25 years allows her to bring a wealth of knowledge regarding self-care during pregnancy, delivery, and beyond to her classes. She has developed and taught many programs to support Moms and Parents at every stage of their journey. Her hope is that someday every Birth Parent has access to both Physical Therapy and perinatal practices to care for themselves as they care for their children and families.When not working or developing programs, you are likely to find Brenda outside with family and friends, hiking, kayaking, gardening, and enjoying nature.
